1. Where do you offer princess visits?
We offer princess party visits in and around the Baltimore area! Specific areas include but are not limited to Bel Air, Kingsville, Perry Hall, Rising Sun, Jarrettsville, Dundalk, Essex, White Marsh, Towson, Timonium, Columbia, Sykesville, Glen Burnie, Pasadena, and Severna Park. If your party is outside of these areas, please contact us and we will do our best to honor your request!
2. Can you make visits to a restaurant or other party location besides a home?
Absolutely! Our princesses can make appearances almost anywhere! Verify with the venue that the visit will be welcomed and let us know of any restrictions, such as no music.
3. How far in advanced do I need to book my party?
We recommend booking your princess visit ASAP. Our visit times and dates are on a first come first serve basis. You can never book with us too early!
4. What happens if it rains or snows on the day of my party?
We do not provide refunds for a rained out party. We recommend having a back up indoor location in case it does rain on the day of your party. If a party does get cancelled due to rain, we will do our best to reschedule with you. However, we can not guarantee that our princesses will be available on an additional day. If it snows on the day of the party and our princesses can not make it to your event, we will provide a full refund on your deposit or reschedule your event.
5. Is gratuity included in my price?
Gratuity is not included in the price of our parties. However, if you believe that your princess did a magical job, then gratuities are happily accepted.
6. What dates do you offer parties?
We offer princess visits 7 days a week! Saturdays and Sundays offer the best availability for our princesses but if your event is Monday-Friday contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
